Goedegebuur processes beef hindquarters to meet a large and specific product range of fresh vacuum packed or deep frozen products, in 3 segments: beef, biological beef and veal.
Our products can be processed into several stages of manufacturing: technical parts (semi manufactured products), split and skinned parts (PAD) and Portion Control (finished products). All our products can be weighed in the desired weight range. We also work to tailor made products based on marbling or fat cover. This way we can produce exactly according to the customers’ specification.
