For a guaranteed and continuous supply of beef hindquarters Goedegebuur works closely with approximately twenty big slaughterhouses with a focus on quality and continuity. We obtain our raw material mainly from the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
Maximum batch sizes meet severe requirements which concern traceability. The meat comes from mainly two breeds: the Maas-Rijn-IJsselvee (MRIJ) and the Duitse Vlekvee (Simmental). Both breeds are characterized by a good conformation, fatness and marbling of the meat. Therefore this meat has everything to ensure all the requirements of our customers, in respect to colour, tenderness and taste, are met.
