Good team

At Goedegebuur, every day, more than 250 staff members strive to exceed all our customers’ expectations. As one of the Netherlands’ 200 largest family firms, we are proud of our flat, informal organisation. We work at a single premises, know everyone by name and keep lines short, exactly as you’d expect from a good team. We are proud of our employees’ many different backgrounds. The diversity of the composition of our workforce didn’t pass the jury of a recent Rotterdam entrepreneurship prize by either, as we discovered when we won a recent award.

Good atmosphere

Sustainability and socially responsible entrepreneurship are in our genes. We volunteer at the local food bank, and we have a Partnership with UNICEF to provide it with substantial support. We work intentionally and responsibly and look to the future with an open mind. We are also committed to working together and maintaining a good atmosphere. We are always there for each other as colleagues, and we have fun together too. Every day, we enjoy a carefully prepared lunch in our cosy, on-site restaurant ‘Chez Le Koe’ and together with colleagues and business partners we make frequent good use of our built-in Big Green Egg.

We invest in our employees’ knowledge and quality through our Goedegebuur Academy. When you work for us, you get to take all sorts of courses and trainings to develop further. And even if you’re still at school, you can find the opportunities you’re after with us. Interns are always welcome. We’d be happy to teach you our craft and hope to get to know you too.
